At Lasamu, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept returns within 15 days of receiving your order(Except for custom-made clothing such as suits & dresses)
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
Contact our customer service team at SUPPORT@Lasamu.COM to request a return authorization. Pack the item securely in its original packaging, and include any documentation, tags, or accessories that came with the item. Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method. Once we receive the item and confirm it is in its original condition, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.
Please note the following: Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Return & Exchange
Except for any products designated on the Site as non-returnable, we will accept returns of unworn, unwashed items in new condition with the original tags and hygienic liners attached within 15 days of their delivery date. 1. Please note that we don't accept returns after the 15 day time frame. 2.Our items that must be returned in their original condition. 3. Remember to take extra care to pack your return package properly so they don't get damaged on the way. 4.To ensure a successful return, please return using a standard shipping service that provides tracking. 5. For return, any promotional gifts received must be included with the returned items. 6. Items returned without authorization will not be accepted. If you need to return the items please contact us to get the return address. We will issue a refund to your original payment method within a week after we receive your return information.
What is not accepted for return?
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: swim wear, costumes, bodysuits, lingerie, beauty products, underwear, event and party supplies, DIY supplies,and custom products (such as special orders or personalized items)
We cannot offer refunds on items with broken hygiene seal. Items with non-returnable marks and free gifts cannot be returned.
Your order will be fully refunded if it's canceled within 24 hours of purchase. Please use live chat or contact us by SUPPORT@Lasamu.COM. if you decide to cancel the order. For orders canceled after 48 hours of purchase but before shipment, a 10% cancellation fee is applied. We will NOT accept order cancellation request if the order have already been shipped.
Returns will be processed within 3-5 days upon receipt of your package. The refund will be issued to your original payment account and cannot be returned to alternate cards or different forms of payment.
If you not get your refund please check your account or contact the bank. And then still didn’t get your refund please contact us by live chat or SUPPORT@Lasamu.COM. We will reply as soon as possible.

As COVID-19 continues impacting a majority of countries around the globe, lasamu™ is closely monitoring and implementing protocols issued by local and state officials to ensure we do our part in preventing the spread of the virus.
We are continuing to monitor announcements from our local and state officials and will update this page with any new developments that impact our ability to ship out orders.
Customers are welcome to place new orders, however, please note there will be a certain delay in logistics aging (2-3 days).

DHL $39.99 (3-7Days)
The good news is, we provide Free Shipping on most orders in our store. You can check the specific countries that support free shipping in the options at the top of the page. In addition, we also provide some faster logistics methods, but these commercial express costs may need to be borne by you if you choose this method
When will I receive my order?
Due to high demand, deliveries are currently taking around 7-15 business days. We apologize for any inconvenience.
Shipping time frames depend on your location and vary depending on the shipping method, as well as your local customs processing times for International orders.
How long will you ship after I place the order?
Orders are typically processed within 48 hours from one of our regional fulfillment centers. However, orders placed on a Saturday will most likely be processed on the following Monday. Keep this in mind if you are selecting express or overnight shipping.
If you order before 4 pm Local Time, we will ship your items within 36 hours. If you order after 4 pm Local Time on a Friday, or on a Saturday or Sunday, your items will be picked and packed on Monday and we will ship them within 48 hours.
Who will ship my order?
Proper ships via EUB && USPSglobally, or some other shipping methods that are more suitable for you. We update our production and shipping timelines if we expect any delays during periods of heavy demand.
We also offer express shipping for an additional fee.
Can I get shipping updates?
You'll receive email alerts from us with the status of your order, pay attention to the Inbox after ordering in 48 hours. If you have not received the email, please check the trash first; if you have been confirmed that you have not received it, please contact us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org or submit the form with your order information.

Import Taxes: Please be aware that international orders may attract an additional cost for import taxes upon receipt. We'll try our best to afford these costs no need to trouble you to pay.

Physical addresses are preferred, as we are unable to guarantee the safety of items delivered to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers.
